为快速准确检测铝合金化学成分,研究建立波长色散型X射线荧光光谱法。采用ARL Perform'X型光谱仪,优化工作参数,针对样品特性采用块状加工与熔融制样方法,以国家级标准样品建校准曲线,校正基体效应与谱线干扰。结果显示,各元素校准曲线R2> 0.999,RSD≤0.65%,与化学分析法相对偏差≤9.09%,符合标准要求。该方法无须复杂消解,快速且能多元素同时测定,可满足铝合金批量检测需求。
Abstract:To rapidly and accurately detect the chemical composition of aluminum alloys,a wavelengthdispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was established in this study.ARL Perform'X spectrometer was used,with optimized operating parameters.For sample preparation,block processing and fusion sample preparation were adopted according to the characteristics of samples.National-level certified reference materials were used to construct calibration curves,and matrix and spectral line interferences were corrected.The results showed that the correlation coefficient(R2) of the calibration curve for each element was greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was≤0.65%,and the relative deviation from the chemical analysis method was≤9.09%,which met the standard requirements.This method does not require complex digestion,is rapid,and enables simultaneous determination of multiple elements,thus meeting the needs of batch detection of aluminum alloys.
